Wheat is a culture, which belongs to the family of cereals. The grain of wheat is considered to be one of the main agricultural crops, as it plays an important role not only as animal feed and raw materials for industry. Due to the fact that the grain of wheat - cultures unpretentious, it occupies a large area across the country. 

Today there are many varieties of wheat, officially the common theory is the existence of two major categories (grades) of wheat: hard and soft. Two of these groups have a number of similar properties and characteristics, but there is still some difference. Differences between hard and soft wheat grains very clearly can be seen in the flour. Flour from soft wheat varieties is not used for baking bread, but only for the manufacture of confectionery products (baking). For baking bread today decided to use flour from durum wheat.
The grain of wheat is characterized by a mass of useful properties. The beans contain a lot of nutrients, including micro and macro elements, amino acids, fiber. The grain of wheat is an excellent source of carbohydrates (about 60%).
