Gelko is a spray-dried hydrolysed porcine protein obtained by the processing of fresh food-grade porcinebones as a by-product of the production of porcine bone chips. Gelko is used in the pet food industry, fur animal feed industry and animal feed industry. Gelko is produced in accordance with the EU regulation EC 853/2004 and this latest modification in force at the date of issue of this data sheet.
